Cybernet Expo Launches New Website for S.F. Show

BURBANK, Calif. — Cybernet Expo has launched a new website for the 2008 event in San Francisco, which will run from June 10-12 at the Golden Gateway Hotel in downtown San Francisco.

The new site provides up-to-date information concerning the show, including currently available sponsorship packages, information on the host hotel, and the option to sign up for email updates about the upcoming conference.

“We gave the website a new look to compliment the all-new San Francisco destination,” said Connor Young, president of YNOT Network. “Cybernet Expo has been a part of the adult Internet industry since the very beginning and we’re pleased to continue its tradition of excellence. The show has always been focused on the adult Internet business, and with a great new destination for 2008, and a brand new website, we’re off to a fast start.

Rather than try to address the entire scope of the adult entertainment industry, Young said that Cybernet Expo will continue to focus squarely on the adult Internet business, and to structure its seminars to examine issues that are directly relevant to online adult businesses.

“This show is for companies who sell adult entertainment online,” Young said.

In addition to the educational seminars, the show will feature evening events like its “Show and Sell Marketing Event,” and sponsored industry- only parties, providing attendees with the opportunity to network while enjoying a taste of San Francisco’s nightlife.

LAJ, the director of operations for Cybernet Expo, told XBIZ that while the online focus of the show has been there throughout the event’s history, the company felt that it was time to mix things up in terms of the show’s location, and he couldn’t be happier with San Francisco as the choice for a host city.

“Through its 11 year run — 6 of which I’ve been involved with — Cybernet Expo has always been a very consistent show geared specifically towards adult Internet professionals for its balanced combination of networking, educational and social opportunities,” LAJ said. “In the spirit of keeping the show fresh, we decided to move it to San Francisco given how exciting, open minded and under-utilized that city has been for adult Internet trade shows. Cybernet Expo San Francisco has something to offer for everyone.”

LAJ said that corporate sponsors for this year’s event so far include AEBN, FlashCash and DatingGold. YappoDollars has signed on as the conference sponsor, High Def Riches is on board as the registration sponsor, FTV Cash will sponsor card keys, and GoobyBucks has stepped in as the wristband sponsor.

The show venue is located adjacent to the historic California Cable Car turnaround in the lower Nob Hill/Pacific Heights neighborhood, giving attendees convenient access to shopping, dining and entertainment, all within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Several sponsorship packages are still available. For more information on marketing and sponsorship opportunities, contact LAJ at jay@ynot.com or ICQ# 92418228.
